Property development is our sole focus. We undertake construction projects across both residential property sector and commercial property sector. We manage the whole process of a property development project, including testing its feasibility, negotiating contracts, securing funding, monitoring the construction, marketing the properties and sales.
The founders have over 7 years experience in the Australian Building Industry (Reg. Builder No. 101500). Past projects include not only residential but also commercial building projects, including single house, multi-units and Multi-storey properties.

The Builder:
We have appointed Daly & Shaw Building Pty Ltd (Reg. Builder No. 11246) for the Swan Apartments project. They are Multi-Award Winning Specialists in unit developments and individually designed homes in the Perth Metro area and Regional Western Australia. Daly & Shaw is registered with the Builders Registration Board, and is a member of the Master Builders Association and the Housing Industry Association.
